-be stuck in a rut 타성에 젖다, 정체된 생활을 하다 (=I'm not up or down but in the middle)

- from scratch 아무런 사전 준비없이

 * make sth from scratch 아주 처음부터 시작하다, 기초적인 재료에서 시작하여~을 만들다.

 : I had to make the work from scratch as I had erased it by mistake.

-turns out  나타나다, 알고보니, 결과가 나오다

 : Turns out this isn't the first departure.

 : It turns out that some people want this very much.

- sleep-deprived  ⓐ잠이 부족한

 : One of the favorite food people ate when they were sleep deprived was ice cream.

 : an environmentally sustainable society 환경적으로 지속가능한 사회

 : They were more likely to stick.

 : I ate smaller portions, drastically reduced my alcohol intake. (intake 섭취량)
