It may look delicious but this fruit's pungent smell makes it an acquired taste.

Durians, the so-called "king of the fruits", are something of a national obsession in Singapore.

And 2015 is shaping up to be a very good year for durian lovers, with a bumper crop in neighburing Malaysia.

That means prices are coming down and sales are going up-much to be delight of buyers and sellers alike.

Dorothy who has a rich father is pregnant.
She wants to get married right now though, a young handsome guy that Dorothy has been in love with wants her to abort. He knows her father would never forgive her for getting pregnant.
The handsome young man is much more interested in her property. He is poor and had ambition in some perverse way. Dorothy's parents had no good relationship. When mother passed away, Dorothy was afraid being alone. This caused her being possessive. She has a two older sisters named Marion and Ellen but hasn't kept in touch with them.

The handsome young man insisted her to take pills to abort a baby. He reassured her that if the pills don't work, he will married her right away. She toke them and had fever and threw up but the pills didn't work. He promised her to marry on Friday but actually decided to kill her. He stole poisons from a laboratory.

He planed to make a crime that police found Dorothy killed herself.
He pretended to ask her for translating Spanish.
She brought the translation back to him but It was her suicide note that the handsome young man planned crime.
He demanded her to take pill again for abortion.
He phoned her to check up taking pills,then he sent her suicide note to Dorothy's sister.

Next day, the handsome young man was astonished when Dorothy appeared in a lecture.
She hadn't taken pills ;She threw them into the toilet, in order to marry him right away.
Another idea to kill her came to his mind that push her from a municipal building which was the highest building in the town.
He lied to her that they go to a municipal building to get a marriage license bureau.
Dorothy was deceived by him.
The handsome young man led her to top of the building to see beautiful sceneries.
At the top of the building, He pushed her into an air shaft.

#Part two.

#1. ELLEN (54:33~1:10)

Ellen who is Dorothy's sister is on way to Blue River where Dorothy lived and died.

Now she's writing a letter to her boyfriend to reassure him and explain the reason to go there.

She's suspicious of Dorothy's death and is convinced that it's a murder instead of a suicide.

She believes Dorothy's boyfriend killed Dorothy.

There are three reason to be suspicious.

Dorothy had been having better white gloves and blouse,belt but, when she died,she wore old blouse and borrowed belt, and bought worse gloves and plus, her blue scarf doesn't fit her green suit. Ellen came up with an old poem wearing three things give bride lucky: something old, something new, something blue. 

#2. Two blonds

Ellen met and asked Dorothy's English professor who was handsome blond in a English class.

She got to have two male students' name and address. They were suspects.

She visited to one of them's house.

While Gordon was out, Ellen asked a house owner some questions about his girl friend.

When she was about to leave the house, Gordon got home.

#3. The Detective (~1:33)

Ellen caught him and the reason to come Blue River was revealed.

Gordon said he had known Dorothy in English class but he hadn't been her boy friend. 

Gordon wanted to help her to find real murderer but Ellen refused.

Next day, Ellen met another handsome guy, Dwight Powell who worked in cafe.

Dwight take her to a movie. They kissed. 

Ellen got to know he had been Dorothy's boyfriend for a while. 

She was convinced he's a murderer. 

That night, Gordon phoned a call her and Ellen talked about what she found out.

#4. On the Roof

Even though Dwight wanted to go dance with Ellen, Ellen toke him to the Blue River municipal building with Dwight  and she led him into the top of the building.

Ellen was convinced Dwight had killed Dorothy but she realized he and Dorothy broke up before Christmas. When Dorothy died, He was in New York City for a year.

They went back to her hotel lobby and conversed. 

Dwight said he had seen someone, tall and handsome man had been with  Dorothy and he wrote down his name on his notebook so they went to Dwight's home to find a notebook.

Before they left the hotel, She phoned Gordon but he couldn't answer, so she left a message what's going on. 

In the Dwight's house, Dwight nearly found the notebook. At that moment, someone who was tall and handsome shout a gun to Dwight. That guy was Ellen's boy friend, Bud Corliss.

When Ellen found his boy friend, He killed her. 

#Part three : Marion

#1 New York City (~2:06)

Now, Marion is Leo's only one daughter left after two girls died.

Marion has known why her parents divorced so she doesn't like her father.

She doesn't really like people but likes her apartment.

Marion is different from her sisters. She likes serious books and paintings, classical music.

Bud Corliss has known about her tastes through two sisters.

One day, Bud gave a call to her. He approached her intentionally.

#2.Gordon Gant

Marrion is going to marry Bud Corliss on Sat.

Her father, Leo Kingship had been suspicious of Bud Corliss and had tired to invest him, but Marrion stop her father.

One day, Gordon Gant visited Leo Kingship's office to tell him a truth what he had known about Leo's two daughters death.

He said that Bud Corliss is a murderer and showed the Stoddard University's year book.

Corliss's photo was in the book. Leo got to know that Corliss and Dorothy had known each other.

But Leo Kingship can't stop Marrion's wedding. Evidences are not enough.

Gordon kept investigating and found Kingship copper's brochures and a list of Marrion's tastes in Bud's bedroom thus Leo decided to let his daughter know the truth and make Corliss turn himself in to them next day.

#3. Smelting works

They -Leo Kingship and her daughter, Marion, Bud Corliss, Gordon Gant- went to see smelting works. When they climbed up to the top of the catwalk. Leo tired to make Bud confess himself. Bud knew if he didn't confess at that momennt, he would've been killed. When he confessed that he killed Leo's two daughter, Marion pushed past her father. At that moment, Bud was frightened and turned away from her and his foot slipped on the metal floor. 

The young man fell down and died.
